GOGREEN Outdoor Pros provides a 1-Year Standard Workmanship Warranty covering installation-related components such as seams, edging, and base preparation under normal use conditions.

Extended Warranty Coverage
To support long-term performance, extended workmanship warranty coverage is available based on proper maintenance of the installed system:
- Up to 2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Coverage is extended when the system receives a recommended maintenance service within the first year following installation. - Up to 3-Year (36-Month) Workmanship Warranty
Coverage is extended when the system is maintained on a semi-annual basis (every 6 months) following installation.

Maintenance Requirement
Extended workmanship warranty coverage is contingent upon proper maintenance of the installed system.
All required maintenance must be performed by GOGREEN Outdoor Pros or by installers certified by GOGREEN Outdoor Pros. Maintenance completed by third-party providers does not qualify for extended warranty coverage.
The client is responsible for retaining documentation as proof of all completed maintenance services.

This workmanship warranty applies to installation-related components, including:
- Seams and joints
- Edging and perimeter integrity
- Base preparation and surface stability

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, pets, or third parties
- Improper maintenance or lack of maintenance
- Drainage issues outside standard surface preparation
- Manufacturer defects (covered separately under manufacturer warranty)

General Conditions
This warranty is valid only under normal residential or commercial use conditions and proper care of the installed system.
GOGREEN Outdoor Pros reserves the right to inspect and evaluate any warranty claim prior to approval.
