Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual representations for outdoor projects
• Support consultants by translating client needs into practical design solutions
• Create detailed plans for artificial grass, pavers, lighting, and outdoor features
• Assist in material selection and product specification
• Revise and refine designs based on client and consultant feedback
• Ensure designs are aligned with project feasibility and installation requirements
• Collaborate closely with project managers and installation teams
• Maintain consistency in design standards and visual quality
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and outdoor living innovations

(Project Coordination / Execution & Client Oversight)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage outdoor projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate schedules, crews, and material deliveries
• Ensure installations are completed within the service scope, on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to execute project vision
• Identify and resolve issues proactively in the field
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

(Landscape Lighting & Outdoor Kitchens)

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble outdoor lighting systems and kitchen components
• Perform low-voltage wiring, fixture placement, and system setup
• Execute installations based on design plans and specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
• Communicate progress and updates with project managers
• Perform system testing and final adjustments before completion

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily operations efficiently
• Deliver a high level of customer service and support throughout the client experience
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and information
• Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support the sales and operations teams as needed
