Licensing Disclosure

GOGREEN Outdoor Pros is not a licensed contractor in the State of Florida and does not perform work that requires a state-issued contractor’s license.

We do not perform, contract, or represent services involving structural construction, electrical systems, plumbing, gas systems, or any other work requiring specialized licensing or certification.

Scope of Services

Our services are limited to design, layout, installation, and assembly of non-structural outdoor elements, including:

Artificial grass installation and maintenance
Paver installation (non-structural applications)
Outdoor kitchen environments using pre-fabricated components
Decorative finishes and outdoor enhancements
Low-voltage landscape lighting systems
Assembly of outdoor features and accessories

All work is performed within the scope of services permitted without contractor licensing.

Service Limitations

Certain aspects of a project may require licensed professionals. GOGREEN Outdoor Pros does not perform:

Structural modifications or structural construction
Electrical work beyond low-voltage systems
Plumbing, drainage, or water connections
Gas line installation or connections
Permanent structures or installations requiring engineering or permitting

Any such work must be performed by properly licensed professionals contracted directly by the client.

Permits & Compliance

The client is responsible for verifying and obtaining any required permits, approvals, or HOA authorizations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acknowledgment

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that GOGREEN Outdoor Pros operates exclusively within the scope of non-structural outdoor design and installation, and does not provide licensed contractor services.
